Reorder Payment Methods at Shopify Checkout

How Payflow solves this

• Move a preferred payment method (e.g. bank transfer, Klarna) to position 1
• Demote COD or expensive options to the bottom of the list
• Apply reordering only in certain contexts using conditions

Setup

1. 1

   Create customization > Re-order payment methods.

2. 2

   Add Always (most common) to reorder on every checkout, or use other conditions when the rule should only apply in certain contexts.

3. 3

   Target each method (Pre-defined, Text contains, or Equals to), then set Move to top, Move to bottom, or Move to position.

4. 4

   Active, Save, and verify at checkout.
